At The Antiqued Mirror Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted mirror. If your piece is not a perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return window for all non-customized inventory.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the mirror in its original specialized wooden crate or reinforced box, ensuring all protective corner guards and foam inserts are securely in place.
Shipping and Transit
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the crate and schedule a pickup with our designated fragile-goods carrier to ensure safe transport back to our studio.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned mirror for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee, within 5-7 business days.
